    I think that If you've been diagnosed, you also should have been referred to a counselor who has special training and who can give you some guidance. OCD does not always need to be treated with meds, although some people do find them useful. So the best advise i'll give you is that you see a counselor. But in case you are unable to get a counsellor, do not worry.You can check out for sites that can offer you online help. You'll be able to know where exactly the sites are located, which means you'll definitely land on sites that are closest to you and likely to have the best help for you.In this generation you should never lack information or help. The internet is always ready to come to you rescue. Actually nowadays you can sit down on your PC all day long and still get every single commitment well attended to.
