    Other shoe

I am 50 years old, unemployed, and moved my demented mother into my house two and a half years ago. Her mother suffered from agoraphobia and my mother does nothing but worry. I now have the illness of constant fear and paranoia, I guess I've always had it, now I am aware of it.

    Welcome Other Shoe!

I'm not sure I have much in the way of solid advice other than keep trying. I'm 42 and also unemployed and its not easy, I'm finding out. We must not give up!

I can't imagine what you are having to go through trying to find work and taking care of your ailing mother. I hope you will stay strong and try to get any and all help from services that you may be entitled to. Again I'm not sure at all, but maybe check with social services and make them aware you are caring for you mother, and need help/assistance.

I wish you well and hope you can find the strength to keep going forward.
