Feels 'TOO EASY' to breathe- could this be lorezapam/Ativan?

Hello. I have had pretty bad anxiety for about a month. I take one low dose tablet of lorazepam at night and half of one during the day. Not sure if this is my anxiety or not but I feel like I can breathe 'too easily' most of the time, has anyone experienced this?? If you have I would love some support or reassurance. It's like every single breath I take in with my mouth is a full, but unnatural feeling breath, and it feels like by bones and skin are all weak, my heart rate is slow, I feel empty...it's really annoying and horrible, it feels like I need to monitor my breathing when going to sleep to make sure I don't die...also I wake up with a headache most mornings.
Does anyone know if taking lorazepam could cause this? Or why else this would be?
