I always go to insprational music. Dosent make me rest, but makes me cry in a good way and then I feel better. Being of Scots blood, I go to 'arrival' at the edinburgh military tattoo. Cheers

I always just listen to the music that makes me happy. That helps me feel good while resting.
I have a Youtube playlist for when I get upset. It's mostly old or funny videos of my favorite artist that make me smile
I go for some of the music wether i find a sad song i can relate to our something happy.... ive also recently found some youtube bloggers that have talked about different ways they deal with their anxiety. so in many ways I've always found it a handy tool.
