    anxiety and left arm/hand

    does anyone have left hand/arm issues with their anxiety? like it gets numb or hurts?

    Yeah I used to get that. It's normal. Your nerves are all messed up because of anxiety :]
    I think I remember magnesium supplements helped me with it :]

    I've had that too, it was mostly in my upper arm but there was some in my lower arm and hand too. My doctor said it was probably "tennis arm" (which you don't necessarily get from playing tennis :P). I think it was mostly from me being tense, sitting with poor posture at my computer, etc.

    I have that to, I have convinced myself it's anxiety. Mainly in the tips of my fingers.

    No but part of the back of my neck gets hot and I can feel what seems to be a chemical flood

    This. This so bad right now. I'm so scared it's MS. Only my left hand and left foot.
    Sometimes courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes it's just the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "we'll try again tomorrow".

    Hi, Sorry you are upset - did you see a doctor to rule out illnesses?

    No. If i went to the doctor for every time I was afraid of something dangerous, i'd be broke.
