Yeah, so i started off with a panic disorder eith agoraphobia then got diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder.....i am pretty suspicious that it has been happeing for a while though.

EDIT - i read about it. Are you bipolar or schizophrenic? sometimes people with severe depression have delusions too.
