    is this normal?

    after an anxiety attack happens i feel like every breath i take has to be deep, and my breathing does thing on its own, and after a while my chest/ribs hurt badly, does anyone know what this happens or what i can do to stop it?

    This is easier said than done but it will help out a lot if u stayed calm. Its your body tightening during its fight or flight reaction

    I agree with the above comment. As for me, it's not just my chest, my whole body aches after attacks. Almost as I I'd ran a marathon. You're not alone. We all feel your pain unfortunately.
