I am less than 2 weeks away from when I have to step on a plane and have no control. I am scared to death I won't be able to breathe on this plane . Anyone have any suggestions on how to cope with this feeling of being trapped??

It's fear that's controlling your mind and not anxiety which is just a natural emergency response if you practise your mind to enjoy and love fear you will conquer it and anxiety for good
