Hi,does anyone else get tingly feelings in their face and arm??my face has been tingling since about 5pm,now my arm is tingling,I am getting worried now,can't get to sleep because it is worrying me.
yes the tingling is another symptom of anxiety no biggy its just trying to find another way in. it should pass I get it sometimes too
