The sunshine put me in such a good peaceful mood. It's just really hard for me to actually want to get out for any length of time no matter what the weather is outside. I've also completely cut out sodas here recently which I'm sure is somehow helping but other than that just a few different medications have really ever helped.
I dropped caffeine and cut down on sugar. Medication is what mostly helps me too.
