Cant relax, i cant convince myself there's no danger. It's late and I should be asleep. And I'm not. I'm trying not to completely lose it i really need someone to talk to.

Sometimes courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes it's just the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "we'll try again tomorrow".
Hang in there! Take deep slow breaths. You will be ok. Try to meditate for a few minutes. And remember: fear = false evidence appearing real!
Thank you

Yeah I ended up finding my friend who has day reversal syndrom (he's awake at night) and we talked about pokemon for an hour until mu mind exhausted itself. (I just got the new pokemon games and i'm waiting for my 3DS to come in the mail. My brother said it's a good distraction and its a way for he and I to connect [up until this point, we've BARELY talked to each other since i was in middle school 8 years ago])

Really sorry you had a bad night Olive Yew! But very glad to hear that you found a friend to talk to. I think that distraction is key in those situations. Hope your 3DS comes soon so you will have another way to quickly engage your mind in something fun!!
