    Buzzing/new symptom

    I seem to be getting buzzing in my right ear like theres a fly and bugs sensation in head.
    Anyone else get this?

    Never had buzzing in my ears but some nights when I try to sleep I get pains in my ears. I think mine is just anxiety because I can't sleep.
