I will be doing good and then BAM!.....there goes my heart again!

I have had a good 2 days and then tonight my heart has started flopping again! I had my hand near my chest and could actually feel it thud against my chest. Now, my anxiety has peaked again....I am so afraid my heart is going to stop or I am going to have a heart attack....
I just can't fathom that this is JUST anxiety....I have had this before, but never this long.
It was nice to have a few good days I guess (

The joys of anxiety... I get days where I go really well then ill have a chest pain like today snc go back down hill my fear is dying from a heart attack
