    I know Hun both my arms were going numb yesterday night from the elbow to Hand I'm at docs today but bet they don't do anything

    I am very familiar w the numbness you are describing as well. It's definitely alarming as it is such "proof" in a physical sensation that "something is wrong".

    I have/had an issue w crossing bridges.. And I wd begin to cross one (I always force myself).. And I wd be feeling very in control.. Thinking I was good.. But crazy, as soon as I hit the beginning of the bridge both of my hands go numb! And so begins anxiety on top of anxiety for me.

    I have also had both arms go completely numb as well.. And cold.. And it freaks me out.. It once sent me into a full blown anxiety attack and ER. Grrrr

    peripheral nerve issues are quite common with Vitamin B deficiencies

    But it only happens when I'm anxious for the most part..
