Hi,

I struggle with panic attacks and anxiety for around 20 years now, and I had times in my life, where I was able to keep it guarded, where I lived a normal life. But the last days, it`s at it`s worst. First, high blood pressure almost all day, with attacks of panik. Thats cool now, I know my heart is ok, that helps me keep the attacks down. But the stress made my stomach sour, heart burn as a result. And with it comes bad breathing ability and a pressure-feeling inside my chest. I hate it, cause for me, thats almost worse than a panic attack, that can be handled by relaxing for instance and goes away after some time. The pressure-feeling stays....

Anyone also has this connection between heart burn/stomach and anxiety-attacks? And if so, what helps you to cope with it? Any food/teas or so? Tried medication, but that helps too slow most of the time....
