    Sometimes it is good to seek a second opinion.

    If your doctor told you that what you have is anxiety and you feel they are wrong, it is ok to get a second opinion especially if you are not improving on anxiety meds. I'm not trying to scare anyone, but if you are saying to your self, they are wrong, then you should get a second opinion to put your self at ease. Sometimes just knowing for sure it is anxiety can make it go completely away right then and there. Sometimes.

    You can get a second opinion if you want. And maybe you can get some lab work done if you have not already. But there is a good chance that hat you are suffering from IS anxiety. ANd keep in mind that medications are often either ineffective or only partially efective.

    AFter seeing about 5 doctors, I started to realize, ok, I guess this *is* anxiety, haha.

    I decided to start feeling thankful for it. Thankful that it was not MS or some chronic disease. Anxiety is probably the luckiest thing you can have with all the symptoms. And it's treatable
