Lightbulb Hard exercise helps a lot

    Hey guys,
Firstly, just want to say I'm new here. So hello everybody.

I'll tell you a bit about myself. I've had anxiety for years but never really treated it "officially". I couldn't afford to do any of the online course type things and have always been afraid of taking medication that alters my brain chemistry. One drastic change I've noticed in my life is the positive effects of hard, brutal exercise.

I always used to run on occasion, but after going to a doctor who told me that daily workouts might help with the symptoms, I've gotten a lot better.

It's good to be here and see that there's plenty other sufferers out there (gee, that sounds sadistic- I just mean it makes me less lonely).

Hope to ahve plenty of discussions.

    Cheers
    Charlie

I know what you mean, I can barely function without doing something active every day. If I don't I feel all twitchy.
