You say it's constant. however are you constantly in fear and worrying about it? Remove the fear and the pain will soon disappear. Hmm that rhymed. But basically just accept it's anxiety. Say you broke your leg would you be on forums, googling symptoms constantly on how to get rid of this pain? Nope, you'd accept it. Therefore, as unpallitable as it might seem, accept that this pain is from anxiety. Your body is stressed and tired and sending out signals it's had enough. Allow it to rest, don't overburden it with more worry. It was worry which caused all this in the first place.

Chest pain is one of the most common anxiety symptoms. The fight or flight response pumps adrenaline filled blood around the chest wall muscles to protect your vital organs from impact. An ingenious system. But when you're anxious and constantly believing yoruself to be in danger your body never switches off.

It's tired, stop worrying about the chest pains and accept it. Don't hide from it, allow it in. You can't make it disappear just like you couldn't make the pain from a broken leg disappear. Accept it and move on and your body will thank you for it. Allow the pain to happen, worrying will just let it continue.
