what should i do?

It all started last year. I was never afraid to go out in the dark but then i even thought people were chasing my car. I was so scared of death. The pain in my left side sent me to many doctors but my heart was fine. In the summer i decided. It was sunday and i was working but went to neuropsyciatrist. He described me citalopram 20mg and xanax 0.25mg. I was me and happy so i stoped after a month. Then i went back for another month and stopped again. I've been fine last two months,fighting alone,no fear no ache...but now im getting scared of knives again...what should i do? Take the pills or see the doc?

I'd see the doc just to confirm you're worrying/ruminating over some scary/anxious thoughts and see if the citalopram 20mg helps. I bet it will. I think this is just a mild form of some anxiety. Talk it all over with him as this type thing happens. Alankay
