Agoraphobic with cfs and OCD from South Australia.

Hi everyone.

I've had chronic fatigue syndrome for several years.It keeps me at home all the time.I just dont go anywhere.I havent got the energy to go anywhere.This has also caused me to be agoraphobic.I just havent left the street since I moved in 5 years ago and I've moved less than a mile (over 1km)from my previous address.

I'm not one of those cfs sufferers who are bed ridden but i just dont get out anywhere.I walk around home a lot during the day but I get puffed out if I do too much.

I live comfortable at home on my own.I'm doing okay.I spent a lot of money over the last 5 years because I also have ocd to add to my problems.

Its nice to have somewhere where I'm not alone to find support.Thats what I like about these forums.Great people who knows what it feels like.

I have never had depression to begin with.I guess I've been lucky not getting depression.
