    Great to see the new forums are not full of spam anymore. Hope everyone is doing well and finds their way back here. Hard to find old posts though as it appears they are random rather than most recent comment date now?

    Doing yoga, meditation with accu-pressure often helps people get rid of such problems. Changing your environment with more positive one makes you feel good to help get well sooner.

    Great to see everyone finding there way back to the new improved (re:spam free) boards. So how are all of you guys doing? Is everyone still countering their thoughts in the TEA forms? I still use them most everyday for just a couple of minutes to get my day off on the right foot. Love to hear updates from everyone
