Hiya everyone, is anyone else having nightmares? I've always had them so they don't bother me as much anymore but I have noticed when I do have a nightmare the next day I'm in a good mood? Lol how odds that, I've also noticed the link between food and anxiety. I usually don't eat unless my bellys rumbling and I'm light headed (not through choice) but I've noticed that when I'm hungry my anxiety is so much worse! Has anyone else noticed that?
