I just did 2 hours of vigorous exercise... IF i were at risk for a heart attack (which yes I know I am not. I have finally realized that )
i would've had a heart attack while working out right?

Not like I've ever had a heart attack, but you probably would have started to experience symptoms either during or quickly after exercise. The heart attack would likely have come soon after.
Remember that if you've been feeling anxiety, any symptoms you experience are likely due to anxiety too. Chances are if you've survived at the end of the exercise, you're fine.![]()
I know im healthy, but sometimes i need to post the same topic over and over again.. it gives me reassurance
I'm going through the same thing you are not the only one with heart fears. Do you get adrenaline surges and flutters and palps too?
OH YEAH. big time palps..
man.. im too young for these damn problems.. im only 15.
You know that there could be a 1000 people on this forum that will tell you that there is nothing wrong with your heart .
But it means jack sh%^.
Anxiety makes people search for reassurance , weather it is from people around them or from many trips to the doctor or ER .
The only place you need and should search for it is within . Because what YOU believe is happening will happen .
Once you find it in yourself them you start to recover.
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”

you're the first person to put it in that perspective. thanks a lot forwells.
Do know about being the first .
Maybe just first to put it like that .
You know when it comes down to it what you hunt is what you get .
I see it over and over people chasing answers for anxiety , i was there . The thing is its not what you want is it ? What you want is peace and quite from it . So go get it .
You know there is a old saying about thinking about a pink elephant and then try and forget it . You cant . You cant forget something . It has to fade away . By trying to forget something you are giving it power and to give something power it means it is active in your mind.

Stop feeding it .
How much time every day do you think about anxiety ??
What else do you do , you sit there and just think about it ? You let it build and build and build until it runs away like a rolling stone .
You have to accept its there and move past it . Accepting does not mean that you ignore it, that your happy about it , it means you accept whats happening is happening for now and that this will change in a minutes time .
You have to push past things , you have to prove things to yourself . You know as i said there are 100s of people on this forum with good advice but as someone said the other day you can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink .
Anxiety recovery is about YOU , its about what YOU are choosing . The difference between recovery and not recover is shear pig headiness that no matter what you are going to recover . That is only a chose that we can make.
Things fade over time . But what fades them is that those bad memories are replaced with better ones . My driving was shocking , so bad that i would freak at the thought of a car . I worked out it was a reaction from thoughts about bad memories and in order to recover i had to look at things with a logical mind and just do it and replace the bad with the good .
So whats the deal with your heart ?? You know this is the top of fears with anxiety . Its bought about because everything says "chest pains means heart " But it means alot more than your heart .
You know my old friend turned 70 the other day. He only has part of his heart , has a machine that kicks in some times to get it working. I asked if it worries him . He said that if it stops for good then i wont feel it so why worry .
