Am I having an anxiety attack?

Have moderate anxiety and am currently on Zoloft. For the most part my anxiety stays under control. So I am so confused as to what is going on with me.

About 3 hours ago, I suddenly god severe lower back pains and aches, this is not normal for me unless I am getting sick. Then I started feeling weak and had nausea, shortly after that, I got crazy chills, and a fever. Suddenly, my feet and finger tips start to go numb. At this point I got really scared. I have never had numbness and tingles like this before. It all came on within 15 mins. Then after about an hour my symptoms started to go away slowly. Now all I have is a backache and a headache. Did I get some crazy 4 hour bug or did I just have an anxiety attack?

I generally chalk up all weird things to anxiety. If it continues then go see a doc. If you have anxiety, then I tend to assume my physical sensations
