Just a Hello

Hi there,

Just wanted to say hi and before I give you my sob story, I think I'll read around this Forum to see which threads I can definitely relate to.
I know I'm not alone and I want to thank all of you for being accessible and here for support. Unfortunately for some of us, talking about panic/anxiety can on occasion actually trigger the disorder so I'm going to take it slow.
