Upset churning guts

I have yet again a new symptom. I'm on a beta blocker for adrenaline heart palps. But for the past week my guts are on fire. Maybe it's my back cuz it's burning too. Muscle pain prolly. But the nausea is annoying. Is this normal.?

Pretty much. Feels like I have sick tummy and diarrhea. Not fun.
