It is just depersonalization. I have had it before, and still get it occasionally. It always passes, and you are not going crazy. Anxiety does a pretty funny dance with the chemicals in your brain. Look into mindfulness anxiety treatments. It is really starting to help me. Instead of running from the feelings it teaches you to notice the feelings, and learn to be okay with how you feel. It feels good to know that there are thousands of us out there that have the same feelings doesn't it. You are not alone
