    Anxiety & Travel

Hey! My name is Wanda and I am currently visiting my husband at work in a different province of Canada with our 2 year old son. I am dealing with fear and anxiety and I don't really know how to make myself feel comfortable here while we are visiting this small town.. We are far from home but I wont let this hold me back. I still have another week and a half before we head home. Any tips?

Have you told your husband how you feel? Doing so can help calm you down.

Yes, I, too, find that when I get it out in the open, I don't feel so alone and it helps alot! Also, deep breaths.

Oh yes, he knows how I feel. He tries his best to help. But sometimes even with him I can't conquer the panic attack.
