    Weaning off XANAX XR

    What is the best way to wean off?

    I've been taking 0.5 mg twice daily for roughly two months. I'm weaning off with help, but I would like other opinions too.

    My doc prescribed me librium to curb off the withdrawals. It was a life saver!
