Well. For most they sure kill anxiety. A life saver for truly anxious people. Just remember it's all in the dose, too much will make you a bit drowsy, too little still anxious so take enough to counter anxiety but no more. Start with a small dose if you worried but I am very grateful they have them to rx for us. Alankay
