More so when i am tired . Anxiety has a habit of making you very tired but yet can sleep .

So glassy i guess would be another way of looking at it .

Are you tired ?? Do you stare alot ??

I would not worry to much about it . Eyes and ears have 1000s of nerves . Anxiety being a over stimulation of the nerves will effect them .

I would try some eye drops and see how you go . I am sure it is nothing to worry about .

    Are u smokin bud?

If not, then still dont worry. Anxiety makes me sleep like crap and it gives me bloodshot, glassy eyes all the time. They also burn when u shift them alot and focus them all over the place when panicking it strains them alot. Its all normal. Could also be allergies since pollen levels are skyrocketing, or they could be irritated from lighting, smoke etc. Or even if you wear contacts they get irritated. All harmless. hang in there and get some clear eyes redness relief drops.
