tingles for days!? please help

hey all!

I'm new here, I was wondering if any of you have experienced skin tingles through-out your body that lasts for days? this has been going on for around 6 days with me! no numbness just these creepy crawlies under my skin! i was afraid a couple of days ago that i had some serious illness and i guess thats where it started! but these tingles are still there and i am scared about that?

ya i always get them did know why until I read tingles are one of the symptoms of Anxiety attacks , I get them on and off sometimes they last for days and days. read this type in at the search button tingling? another person is talking about it. it should help.

I usually get tingly in my hands...its anxiety.
