Hi anxiety forum people. If you look at my older posts, you'll see that I was very anxious and depressed, and have been since December. However, recently, I have been more active in life and have a voluntary work placement. I finished school in June at least, so it's coming up to a year since then, and I've done pretty much nothing since then, which is the cause of my anxiety. Luckily, due to my recent activity and work placement, I'm feeling considerably better, and my anxiety is becoming more bearable. I don't need any advice, I just thought I'd post here because I'm feeling much happier
