I am having anxiety today because im out of Xanax and my doctor appointment isn't until the 19th. I take a low dose 0.25mg once a day. so im worrying about withdrawal. ugh. I took my last one...

i only take 1/2 a pill of 0.25 Xanax at night. don't like taking it though. but don't like the panic attacks either.
