Well it takes some time to learn deal with anxiety without meds, you will have some bad days, some good days but that's it, creating good habit to talk to yourself positively is very important :)
Sleep is very important to release stress and anxiety, most people always feel nervous if previous night they didn't sleep well.
Magnesium is very very good and I never heard that someone is allergic on magnesium, but if you are not sure you can consult a doctor or take a smaller dose.
