Thank you Abi, do you get the fast heart rate for days and night? I know it's silly but I worry my heart won't be able to cope. As soon as I wake up my heart is 120bpm without even doing anything....

I am having the same at the moment it is so so scary and distressing. I wake up to fast heart rate and it's been constant for 4 days, all day every day :(
