And , the more u think and worry bowt it the worse u will feel and even feel symptoms or give yrself them

That is all anxiety symptoms ... Not the symptoms that I've just read for pots

When I was a child mine always used to be chest pain

Norm that's stress type headache ... How ru now ?

I sometimes get a racing heart that's seems to go up into my throat where I kan feel it beating then it makes me cough and feel funny.... Only lasts a few seconds but its a horrible and a weird...

When I was younger that's all I use to get .. Tightness and chest pain

I had that most ov last week with my chest feeling tight

We have ssri tablets here .... Sertaline is one , it helps with a number of things , one been anxiety

This is just anxiety that's all it is ... Wen I was In a bad way my heart felt like it was racing 24/7
