U get anxiety when i take anything because i do.t like to take meds lol

I have that alot gerd gives me palpitations and makes me feel like i cant breath which triggers my anxiety and i panic -.- it sucks the palps can be so scary

Im having bad anxiety right but mine is cus my left arm is tingling and im scared im gomna have a heart attck -.- sweating my ass off

I have 2 kids and im pregnant again 1st pregnancy the last 2 months i was a wreck i didn't leave the house panic 24 7 had the baby pure hell til he was about 6 months old then my anxiety went away...

I can't even have 1 drink without my anxiety amping up i wish i could drink and have fun

Reading this really pisses me off why don't they just kick you while your down :( they don't get how hard day to day life is for someone with anxiety etc. Wish there was a simulator lol

You have to realise that anxiety can literally make you feel anything you need to switch your irrational thoughts to rational ones you've had test you've been to the doctor your ok once you realise...

Yeah i take xanax but just as needed heaven took it in awhile but think i better start

Does anyone ever lay down then like almost go to sleep but wake up feeling like they can't get a breathe even though they can? Just curious
