Heya I get twitches alot to in my legs arm and especially annoying one in my eye/ eyebrow.... As soon as I relax they disappear.... The eye one used to freak me out but I know now it won't hurt me...

I used to get that alot... The more I focused in it the worse it got... I used to just occupy myself to take my mind off of it... Hard at first but does get easier x

Neither had I until doc explained that in order for your excersice to have effect your heart must beat faster.... When ur anxious your heart is pounding... Hence why u get tired after a panic attack...

Wondered if anyone takes these Meds and how they affect you got some but scared to take them please help :-(
