you have to try and distract your mind its like becoming a bad habit for you, I still have panic attacks but because I know what they are I deal with it better than I did coz I was realy bad always...

it aint to bad fisher you get used to it and start enjoying after a while lol give it a go it will help chill you out :)
have you tryed meditation its really good for clearing the mind its supposed to be hard at first but the more you practise and the better you get should help you control your bad thoughts and get rid...

hello fisher its hard but you have to try and distract your mind try and read something or listen to music, I panic in crowded places and I think about things iv read in the past about panic attacks...
I think it could start anywhere and people with anxiety including myself would think of something really bad it could be but it aint out bad just crappy anxiety id love to slap it lol :)
