Hang in there! I hate when that happens. It is scary, but it is the fear response that makes it worse. It dumps adrenaline in your system which increases your heart rate and we often response a...
Classic anxiety. I found this to be one of the last symptoms I have of anxiety.
I've just learn to accept it; don't fight it; and find distractions and it goes away

Sometimes our body produces symptoms that create fear and panic. Often it's just surges of adrenaline and an over reactive nervous system. You can regain control of it if you'll stop the second...
"When I’m afraid, I have a practice of walking right into my fears rather than away from them. If people can get used to that, their fear will dissipate. Most of the power of fear is in your...
I love Libden and credit to helping me recover from anxiety!

Remind yourself if you can eat, you can swallow a pill. Practice overcoming your fear, or it will win every time.

Practice accepting the pains and you'll be better in no time!

Sam,
IBS and anxiety are sisters. Give yourself time to work through the anxiety. Worrying isn't helpful, so practice healthy habits instead.

Excellent post Jessed!
Yep, normal experience. While there are triggers, our body sensations are often experienced more keenly during quiet/still times.
Mine use to be about 76. I started meditating/deep breathing everyday and now resting is 56-61.

Jamus,
I'm not always a fan of meds. If anxiety incapacitated someone that they can't care for their family, work, or function in life then meds are necessary...everyone else should do their...
Yes...changed my life!
Yes, Glover that's the point I hope one reads intuitively in the post. Most won't stop googling just because we think its a novel idea, it must be replaced with a better idea.
Those are normal feelings and sensations did you know that? But, after becoming aware of the physical sensations your awareness turned into fear. To break the cycle you must accept the sensations,...
I want you all to know its okay to google. In fact, do it all day long. You have permission and freedom to google your little heart away.
But,
Google the right thing.

Very normal after working out; you need to eat when you tremble. It's just anxiety. Hang in there and face the fear. The fear of loss and death. And accept that one day you will inevitably die,...

I've been there and have gotten through to the other side. Hang in there, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I found the Linden method to be very helpful to me. But, CBT, meditation and...
You've worked through it before, you can do it again! Get back on the healthy track and let's get on the other side of anxiety just as you did before.

Very normal. When I was struggling with anxiety, a fight with anyone increased many physical sensations, elevated pulse, blood pressure, adrenaline, etc.. So, it shouldn't be a surprise for you. ...
I'm the opposite...I can now blame my physical sensations on a real sickness rather than a disease that doesn't exist...try that.

Instead of fighting sleep, why don't you simply work towards a healthier life with less anxiety...I think you'll discover your love again.
