    Thanks

Thank you Armstrong. Yes, a metaphor. Meds are an element of my well being but so many other things too are employed. I certainly do not pretend mine is the only way to go. I will just say that for...

Yes, I have stayed off the site tonight because I let a 15 year old bait me and I bit. More importantly it got my mind and heart racing...😈....into anxiety.

I am a father with one son your age and another 25. Your story really hit home with me. You actually helped me see how my son may see me - I come home and work on my computer too. Scary the...

    Appreciate you being here

But be polite and do not act like a kid. Even if you are one.

    Vent at will

Venting is good. Don't hold things in when you have willing ears here.

You are an angry person. Not just this rant but in others I've read. You are not respectful of the majority of people here unless they agree with you. "Most people are here to find a way to live...

    Agree

I was just using the wristband notion as a metaphor. I also agree with some of the points PanicCured makes in his Sticky Note posts about ways to beat/minimize anxiety. I have used some aspects of...

    Relate to this

Marriage is tested by anxiety/depression. I have been married 29 years. Many ups and downs. If you weighed the good and the bad in my relationship, I think the good still outweighs the bad. Thus here...

You should feel at home here then

Many, many here are right where you are. Safety in numbers. Read some of the posts and reply, ask questions and dive in when you feel safe to do so. Welcome.
