Is it possible cipralex to make you more depressed?

Im on treatment for 5 weeks already ( cipralex ). Depression started out of nowhere and now real factors added to it ... It seems its gonna be like this forever, that my brain will never change...

I cannot deal with my depression no more.... I think its time to end it
