Well, after 6 months sobriety I started drinking again. Im not drinking heavy (staying under 6 beers). Im still on celexa and haven't any problems combining the 2. Its been a week and Im worried that...
I had that for a few months. To me it felt like I was walking on a boat most of the time. If something in my peripheral moved I was even more off balance. I had all the blood work done and nothing...
Mine was real bad for a week or two when I started. It does get better. In fact to me it was a night and day difference. Hang in there.
Once the Celexa kicked in it was a night and day difference. I went from home/bed bound to up and doing things. Ive had a lot of insomnia but my anxiety is loads better. Im on a low dose at only 12.5...
It could be the caffeine. I stopped drinking it months ago and have been a lot better.
I take it and have for over 2 months now. I had pretty bad anxiety in the beginning but im thinking it was from me and not the celexa. No side effects to this point..even the sexual one lol.
I say go for it! I keep myself pretty busy around the house (yard work, lifting, building various things like speaker boxes, cup holders for cars etc) It really helps
I honestly only concentrate on my breathing during a panic attack. If I think about it more often it starts to tie into a health anxiety
Mine goes way higher than that during high anxiety and panic. Im still here and kicking. I do agree that you need to toss that bp monitor. Its feeding your anxiety. I threw mine away and have felt a...
Have you looked into gerd? I have a small hiatal hernia that sometimes causes some heartburn. Ive also noticed that not eating right before bed helps lol. Numbness and tingling?
Its your anxiety. It can wreak havoc on our body and minds. It can make you think that every little symptom is something serious.
I currently take 10 mg of celexa ( upping tonight). When I first started my anxiety was worse for a couple of weeks which is normal. A lot of doctors also prescribe a benzo short term to help...
Thanks for the replies. Its kinda irritating to be doing good then have the anxiety try to creep back in.
Hey all. Ive been on celexa 10 mg for a couple of months now. Overall its been great. It got me outta bed and out doing more. Since Thursday evening I feel that same old feeling creeping back in. Its...
Im currently on celexa 10 mg. It worked pretty good but I might have to up my dosage to 20mg because im starting to feel the anxiety coming back.
I felt like I was walking on a boat. I also noticed that movement in my peripheral vision could set off a dizzy/off balance feeling. The only thing that helped was staying in bed. I did that for...
Wobbly is normal. An ENT had me do that and I was very wobbly but didn't fall over or take a step. That told him what it was. Even he diagnosed anxiety.
Not a tumor. Its anxiety. When you closed your eyes it made your ears compensate to maintain balance. Being anxious can cause you to scan a lot ( it does me anyway). Which can cause an off balance...
Here's a simple test to see if its your ears. Stand up straight and close your eyes. Keep them closed and count to 8. Go to 10 if ya can. If you don't fall over or lose balance its not your ears.
I had that when I was a little dehydrated. Are you drinking plenty of water? I know it seems simple but I figured out that sometimes it is lol. I was always thinking this and that. Its like a car...
I have them all the time. Every now and then my heart will just take off. I'll cough and it will go back to normal. Im on meds and dont feel anxious, but they still happen. I don't give into them...
When mine was real bad I got a shakey feeling. I also had that feeling when I first started my celexa. That feeling has subsided and yours will as well.
Palps go hand in hand with anxiety. I still have them even on my meds. I even have them when I don't "feel" anxious.
I had this for about 3 months. All my blood work came back good. I ended up in the ER and they couldn't find anything physical that would cause the dizziness ( blood tests, ct of abdomen and chest)....
Im glad its working for you ste. I too am on celexa and its helped quite a bit. As far as side effects goes I haven't really had any.
