Jon,
Great job! I learned a long time ago that taking responsibility for getting ourselves well is a key to finding success :)
Exposure without the proper tools is of little use...

I am getting the notifications, I just have been so busy and I don't use the email acct they go to all that often anymore. Enough excuses I will try and be better about replying :)

I really need to post more but hard to find time these days :(
Life is soo good now!
Good to hear. I am also doing great! Will try and update you more later :)
THANK YOU for the blog link! It was way different than I was expecting (maybe that's why it took me all this time to finally read it). So many good articles on it. I wish I had all that kind of info...
Better late than never.... At least I am replying before the next round of holidays lol!
I'm thriving and hope you are also? Biggest complaint is not enough hours in each day anymore, which is a big...
[QUOTE=AliasEQ;156766]GOLDEN ADVICE: DON'T GOOGLE YOUR SYMPTOMS. EVER. If you do that, you'll go from 1 problem to 1000 problems.

Thanks for clarifying and the humor as well :)
Thanks and have a great Thanksgiving!
Good to see you guys are posting again :)
Happy Thanksgiving!
Isn't that what killed Michael Jackson???
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I'm around :)
Hope everyone is well!
Where is everyone? I hope you are all doing great!
Give CBT a try. IT has been proven to be more effective than meds and is what got me better :)

I'm still around Tmays and doing great. Probably one of the reasons I don't post as often now... Where does all the time go?
I have not but there really weren't any when I was trying to get better.
Great to hear! If you ever relapse try CBT and the TEA form exercise. I was skeptical initially but it really does build new pathways in your brain that prevent most anxiety. THe book by Sam Obitz...
THanks for that blog link I'm gonna try and check it out soon!
Count me in on that too! Don't know where my life would be now had I never learned the TEA form exercise.
