Do you have any benzos like ambien or xanax that could help? If not, I highly recommend melatonin or benadryl in higher doses as very effective sleep aids.

load off of my chest for right now.
anxiety, eh?
nah, not a problem man. I've noticed that about my anxiety... I do sort of attach to things that make me happy quickly (lead to some drug abuse in the past.)
I don't think I have bad self confidence... I think it might just be situations with girls that tilts me out a bit.
I have previously had issues with anxiety, but it's been pretty under control lately until this stuff.
So I recently hung out with one of my friends of the opposite sex at my house. Long story short, we ended up kissing and the next day she came over again and we cuddled and kissed again. We did some...
they're chemically similar meds. If one doesn't work for you, chances are the other one will.
I, personally, have had great success with Celexa, but my sister has had great success with Lexapro.
Yeah as Enduronman said there's sort of a negative stigma about prescribing schedueled drugs for any reason unless everything else doesn't work. For example, most GCP will provide Gabapentin and...
I'd go with the beta blockers personally. Celexa (my SSRI) has worked very well, but beta blockers manage the physical symtpoms of Anxiety so you can deal with the mental ones.
From what I found,...
I had a bone spur removed from my nose, but before that, I was having nosebleeds coupled with anxiety attacks. I would start hyperventilating and it would dry out my bone spur and cause nosebleeds....
Indoral? Inderal? It's one of the most commonly perscribed beta blockers.
I haven't noticed any adverse effects yet other than some nutty dreams.
I think I deal with it well for the most part. I didn't get angry (Which I don't usually do anyway) and I didn't start shouting, I just calmly told them they were being irrational and explained why....
hey hunter :( I'm sorry you're having sleep problems.
I know it's contrary to what docs tell you, but sometimes putting on the TV with my favorite show, House, works to help put me to sleep. Sub in...

anxiety is a problem, but one that can be overcome for the most part over time :) good luck in your journey.

I've had to start taking these for migraine prophylaxis. I noticed that the physically symptoms of anxiety have gone away for me, and now it's just in my head, which is good because I can deal with...
I went a head and filed a harassment complaint with facebook.
hopefully they'll listen.
I managed to block them, delete my comments from this status and at least sort of calm down.
I'm still...
I just can't calm down. I'm absolutely certain I'll delete my facebook after this. I just blocked the two dudes who were harassing me.
like the joke wasn't funny to others, but how the hell does...
I've been on Celexa for months now. 20 mg sense I started. I'm switching to thirty because sometimes the anxiety is just that bad.
I felt tired for about 2-3 weeks, then everything picked up and I...

This girl was tripped by some random girl and posted about it on facebook. A bunch of people...
So we ran into a bit of a problem.
I called up my school nurse and she said that they won't hold Schedueled drugs on school premesis. I asked her about Adderal. She said that they would hold that...
Alankay
while I might not have a problem asking for a drug like Imitrex, asking for something that's S5 in the US seems even more sketchy, even though it has a low potential for abuse.
however,...
that really isn't true. The only drugs that have been proven to work on migraines are Triptapans which are not addictive in the slightest.
drugs like gabapentin aren't really addictive either....
I've been using a combination of Caffine (in the form of coffee) an Imitrex to put down migraines when they pop up. If that doesn't work, I switch to Tylenol with Codeine.
I'm not looking for...
Have you ever done this? I'm not talking about things like Benzos or narcotics. I was recently officially diagnosised with a migarine disorder (it has been suspected for years, but now it's official)...
Good luck to you aswell :)
My day went well. I woke up around 9 and worked on some school essays, watched some House M.D and now I'm deep frying potatoes and chicken for dinner with my mom :) I'm...
