Ok I notice every time I get drink my heart rate goes up so fast. Has anybody else ever had that?

Ok I checked my blood pressure and when it was finished it detected an irregular heart beat!! But my paluse rate was 75 and my blood pressure was 126/63 I'm so scared guys!!! Please somebody respond...
