Maybe this..
I reflect on the times I spend worrying about the future rather than just enjoy the little things. I worry and then realize the worry won't help and put in on the back burner. I could worry and some things still won't change. I knew people that never worried about anything, even things that they should, outcome was no different.
We're still warriors regardless.
