Find a doc to rx the diazepam. You'll be sorry if you don't learn to manage your better anxiety w/o needing the benzo all the time(too much anyway). An ssri and counseling, education, relaxation, deep breathing practice, exercise, a good diet all need to be worked on in addition to the diazepam(I use that too) on "as needed" basis. IMHO.
