I saw the list too at the before mentioned anxietycentre.com very helpful! However, I was searching threads and saw another list someone had complied that included "breast pain, sensitivity and burning" in addition to most of the ones above. Is that one anyone of you have experienced? I have. Take care all!
My very first panic attack I woke up and had a burning and tenderness in my left breast. Was very scary especially considering I had never had an attack before. Now I have a new symptom. A metal like smell in my nose after this last attack. So strange.
Getting a numb patch on my left cheek right now, got it the other day too. I had it quite bad at work and then it sort of dissipating into an itchy tingling all over my face, particularly my nose as well as sneezing so I think it might be my sinuses aggravating me. It's annoying when you can't always distinguish between what is anxiety and what is an actual 'problem'. It could be one or the other, or it could be both working in tangent.
Currently I feel pressure and some pain in my chest and under my arms, my arms themselves feel weak.My eyes are sore from lack of sleep, my sides ache and I have a rash on my arm that is itchy and will no doubt be gone in a few hours. Despite having an ECG today and given the all clear, I'm worrying about having a heart attack.
I get really nervous when people don't reply to email. I always feel I've done something wrong, and they will leave me.
do any of you fell as if you cant talk right? as if your tongue is...i dont know, fatter, slower, dumber? do any of you get percieved weakness, internal temors or internal shaking? how about twitches, body jolts, jerking, find it hard to swallow and a feeling of a lump in the throat?
Having an ALS scare here, feedback would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
Had this a lot, in fact my stuttering problem occurred just as my anxiety escalated. Pretty common. Practice prolonged rhythmic deep breathing is my advice, to Manage this symptom.Quote:

Yes, I get a lump in the throat quite often and twitching/shaking/jolts. I also notice perceived weakness quite often, but as far as I'm aware this is largely because I/you are simply hyperaware of our hands (or whichever body part).Quote:

Smells and tastes are common. More so tastes for me, metallic like blood was in my mouth. Seeing things in corner of eye can happen too. Eye tricks they call them. You can see flashing lights, or feel you blinked and you didn't. As well as haziness in the eyes, floating blurs and such.
